Sponsorships
Thank you for your interest in supporting our school! Since Chenal Elementary opened its doors in 2008 as part of the Pulaski County Special School District, it’s had an emphasis in creative expression and environmental awareness for children in Kindergarten through 5th grades.
Chenal Elementary’s Gator Group PTO raises funds to support students, teachers, and staff throughout the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. Some of the needs for these funds include contributions to school-wide enrichment programs, revenue to continue our Backpack Outreach Program for students in need, continued support for teacher supplies, and helping with field trips and programs.
If your business is interested in donating to the Gator Group PTO, we would greatly appreciate your contribution. We also welcome family and individual donations as well. We realize you receive many requests from other nonprofits and school groups. In exchange for your donation, we will recognize your business in event printed materials, PTO newsletters, on the PTO website, and on our social media. Sponsorship level perks are detailed below, but we welcome contributions of any amount.
We are a non-profit organization (Tax ID #81-4057652) and all donations are tax deductible.

Sponsorship Levels
Please note that sponsorships must be received by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in order to be included on banners and field trip shirts.
Gold Sponsor - $500
The Gold Sponsor level entitles your business to the following benefits: business name or logo featured prominently on Spring Fling (Gator Group PTO’s largest fundraising event of the year) event banner and on event flyers, shout out/promotion on Gator Group PTO social media pages up to two times throughout the school year; promotion on the Gator Group PTO website, opportunity to provide swag or prizes for distribution or a silent auction item at the Spring Fling event, and recognition as a Gold Sponsor in the Gator Group PTO newsletter at least once per school year.
Silver Sponsor - $250
The Silver Sponsor level entitles your business to the following benefits: business name or logo featured prominently on Spring Fling (Gator Group PTO’s largest fundraising event of the year) event banner and on event flyers, shout out/promotion on Gator Group PTO social media pages one time throughout the school year; promotion on the Gator Group PTO website, opportunity to provide swag or prizes for distribution or a silent auction item at the Spring Fling event, and recognition as a Silver Sponsor in the Gator Group PTO newsletter at least once per school year.
Family or Individual Sponsor - $100
An Individual Sponsor donation of $100 entitles you/your family to the following benefits: family name shout out/promotion on Gator Group PTO social media pages up to two times throughout the school year; promotion on the Gator Group PTO website and recognition as an Individual Sponsor in the Gator Group PTO newsletter at least once per school year. Your Family name will also be displayed on the back of all field trip shirts.
